🛋️ Delivery Timelines
  • Original Paintings:
    Shipped directly from Susan’s studio in North Wales. UK orders typically arrive within 1–2 working days. International orders typically arrive within 3–4 working days.
  • Framed Canvas & Fine Art Paper Prints:
    To ensure pristine quality, each print is custom-made to order by our specialist artisan printing partners. Total estimated production and delivery times will be clearly displayed for your specific location during the checkout process.
📦 Safe Delivery Guarantee & Packaging
Every artwork is handled with the utmost care. Original paintings are wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap and secured in robust, custom-built wooden or double-walled cardboard boxes. Prints are safely secured in impact-resistant packaging. In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or repair at zero cost to you.
🚚 Fully Tracked Shipping
The moment your artwork ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your delivery every step of the way, right to your front door.
🌍 International Customs & Import Duties
For collectors outside the United Kingdom, please note that your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the collector.
