How long does delivery take?

UK orders typically arrive within 2 - 4 working days. International orders generally take between 2 -7 working days, depending on your location.

How are paintings packaged to ensure they arrive safely?

All artwork is carefully packaged for safe shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. 

Do you ship worldwide and how much does it cost ?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide and offer free worldwide shipping for original art and framed canvas prints.

The Artwork

Are the original paintings one of a kind?

Yes - every original painting is unique and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Once sold, it will never be reproduced as an original.

What materials and medium do you use?

I work primarily with acrylic and mixed media on canvas, inspired by coastal landscapes and the natural world.

What are the exact dimensions including the frame?

Full dimensions, including the frame, are listed on each individual product.

Do the prints come ready to hang?

Yes all framed canvas prints come ready to hang straight out of the box.

How do I care for my painting or print?

Keep artwork away from direct sunlight and damp environments. Dust gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid using cleaning products directly on the artwork.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.

Is it safe to buy art online?

Absolutely. Our store uses secure, encrypted checkout and we take great care in packaging every piece to ensure it arrives safely.

Returns & Care

What is your returns policy?

I want you to be really happy with your art. If for any reason you're not completely happy, here's everything you need to know.:

30-Day Returns..You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact me with your order number or proof of purchase to get the process started.

Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.  If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 24hrs so that we can arrange a replacement.

Return Postage, Return shipping and insurance costs are the buyers responsibility.  Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued.

Commissions

Do you accept commission requests?

Yes! Susan does take on a limited number of commissions each year. Please get in touch via the Contact page to discuss your ideas.

How does the commission process work?

Once we've discussed your vision and agreed on size and price, a 50% deposit is required to begin. The balance is due upon completion before shipping.
