Yes — every original painting is completely unique and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Once sold, it will never be reproduced as an original.

Susan works primarily with acrylic and mixed media on canvas, inspired by coastal landscapes and the natural world.

Absolutely. Our store uses secure, encrypted checkout and we take great care in packaging every piece to ensure it arrives safely.

Returns & Care

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your artwork. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to help.

How do I care for my painting or print?

Keep artwork away from direct sunlight and damp environments. Dust gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid using cleaning products directly on the artwork.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Commissions

Do you accept commission requests?

Yes! Susan does take on a limited number of commissions each year. Please get in touch via the Contact page to discuss your ideas.

How does the commission process work?

Once we've discussed your vision and agreed on size and price, a 50% deposit is required to begin. The balance is due upon completion before shipping.
