Shipping & Packaging

When you have successfully purchased a painting, preparation of relevant documentation (if travelling outside the UK) and packaging will commence. This process usually takes 1-3 working days. All paintings are shipped ready to hang unless stated otherwise.

Lead Time & Prices

Within the UK: once shipped, delivery is usually next day (Mon-Fri), FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS

Saturday deliveries can sometimes be arranged, please email me at susan.wooler@yahoo.co.uk or use the Contact Me tab to arrange this.

International Shipping

Delivery is usually within 3-7 working days (may vary by country).

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

All Custom fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Couriers

A variety of Couriers are used depending on the delivery address, size and weight. Couriers often used are UPS, DHL, DPD and Royal Mail/Parcelforce (UK) or FedEx, UPS, or USPS (International).  We will advise you via email as to the Courier, estimated delivery date and tracking number so that you can track your package.

Insurance

All artwork is insured to the value of the sale price during shipping.

Returns Policy & Refunds

I will gladly accept exchanges if notified within 3 days of receipt of your art, please return it within 7 days of receipt, Please notify me within this 3 day period to susan.wooler@yahoo.co.uk or via the ‘Contact Me’ tab.

Return shipping costs, including insurance, are the responsibility of the buyer.

I do not accept returns or cancellations once the painting has been shipped, please contact me asap if you have a problem with your order
