Shipping & Packaging

When you have successfully purchased an original artwork from my website, preparation of all relevant documentation and packaging will commence. This process usually takes 1-3 working days. All paintings are shipped ready to hang unless stated otherwise.

Lead Time & Prices

Within the UK: once shipped, delivery is usually next day (Mon-Fri), FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS

Saturday deliveries can be arranged, please email me at [email protected] or use the Contact Me tab to arrange this.

International Shipping

Delivery is usually within 3-7 working days (may vary by country).

Shipping calculated at checkout.

All Custom fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

All destinations: PRINTS are shipped usually within 7-10 working days.

Couriers

A variety of Couriers are used depending on the delivery address, size and weight. Couriers often used are UPS, DHL, DPD and Royal Mail (UK) or FedEx, UPS, or USPS (International).  We will advise you via email as to the Courier, estimated delivery date and tracking number so that you can track your package.

Insurance

All artwork is insured to the value of the sale price during shipping.

Returns Policy & Refunds

If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it within 7 days of receipt and notify us within this 7 day period to [email protected] or via the ‘Contact Me’ tab.

Return shipping costs, including insurance, are the responsibility of the buyer. You will be refunded the full amount of the item, excluding all carriage costs, usually within 3 business days of us receiving the returned item undamaged.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your painting for another piece, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange this and return the item as per our Returns Policy. When we have received the returned item undamaged: if being exchanged for a lower priced replacement item, a refund of the difference will be given, excluding all shipping costs, if being exchanged for a higher priced replacement item, the additional payment plus delivery will be required prior to shipping.
